TREADMILL

Can’t afford a treadmill?    That’s easy!   Use your own home as your walking track.    You might not know it but a literal “walk around the house” can burn calories just like walking outside or at a track.  Your body doesn’t know the scenary you’re looking at or whether or not you’re passing by the stove and living room chair.   So, if you can’t afford a treadmill and don’t want to walk outside take a walk around the house and burn some calories!

WEIGHTS

Want some inexpensive handweights?   Go to your cupboard and get two 15 or 16 ounce cans.   That’s right, that can of peas and corn can get your arms toned and sculpted..<g>  Try to get two cans that weight the same amount.  One pound weights are very popular and you can have a new “pair” every time you go shopping!
