Free Diabetes Storycards

Our DFAN Diabetes Storycards For Kids are now available as downloads FREE of charge!  Our diabetes storycards cover such topics as diagnosis, living with diabetes and other issues a child with diabetes might encounter.  Our diabetes storycards are in Adobe PDF file format so you will need the Adobe FREE reader to open the files once they are downloaded (on most computers, they open automatically for you once the download is completed). If you want to print the storycards, print the first page, turn your paper over and print the second page.  When you're done the storycard will look like a booklet which can then be read.  These are great for diabetes support groups and other groups who deal with children with diabetes.

Our storycards are free for personal use only.  They are not to be sold in any fashion.
