Positivities are small suggestions for things you can do to make your life a little more pleasant.  Each suggestion will have some related to diabetes and/or weightloss so take a look at them.  Who knows, relaxation and motivation might be a    second away!

#1.  Take a nice warm bubble bath.  Try to find a half hour or so during the day (and you CAN do this in the day time) to take a bath break.  Use bubble bath or bath oils.

#2.  Invest in some lotions for your skin.  Diabetes can lead to dry skin, so make sure you have some lotions on hand for your feet, hands and every other part of your body.
