Weeks Of Weightloss (WOW!) is a 21 Day Weight Loss & Diabetes Management plan for diabetics who want to lose weight.  Losing weight is difficult, but when diabetes in also in the picture it can be doubly hard to reach your weight loss goals.

If you join WOW!, three days before your 21-day tasks begin you'll receive these four files:

1) Snacking - A Part Of Any Diabetes Management Plan
2) Starting An Exercise Program
3) Sample Meal Plans (Calories)
4) Sample 1500 Calorie Meal Plan (With Recipes)
     (1800 Calorie Plan also available upon
       request)

These files will give you some useful information you can use during the 21-Day WOW! project.

The WOW! Project is for anyone, using any
diabetes management plan.  It doesn't matter if you're counting calories, using a low-salt diet, a low-carbohydrate diet or any other type of meal plan.  It can be adapted to this plan.

Our goal is for you to lose between three and six
pounds in the 21 days.  Hopefully, once that occurs you will have all the skills needed to continue and lose as much weight as you wish to lose.  You'll need to work on your motivation too.  Each person's motivation is different so seek and find what will work for you.

And the best thing about WOW! is the fact that you can start over WHENEVER you want to.  So if you get off the plan for a week, just go back to Day One and begin again.
